  • How much does it cost?

    An individual session is 50 minutes long and costs £45.

    Group sessions are normally two hours long and are £25 per person per session.

  • Is there a free first session?

    I offer a first session at half-price, which is only charged if you carry on seeing me.

  • Do you work on-line?

    Yes I do work on-line. Please high light that you want to work on-line in your initial contact. We can discuss how this works.

  • Are you LGBTQIA+ / GSRD friendly?

    Yes. I have done some work in these areas before and had some training. I am very supportive of anybody no matter what their gender, sexuality or relationship style.

  • Do you support armed forces personnel

    Yes, I am very supportive of all members of the armed forces, and their families.

    I have a forces background myself.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    For some challenges such as bereavement or job loss. Significant progress can be made in six sessions. For deeper issues and trauma, it can take considerably longer. There is no time limit.

  • What about privacy and confidentiality?

    Nobody will know anything about our sessions apart from my clinical supervisor. this is a normal part of a therapists work to ensure that I am delivering the best support possible to my clients.

  • Are sessions flexible?

    Part of therapy is the regularity of the sessions and you knowing when your session is. Occasional changes are possible with notice. Routinely though you will have a regular day and time for your therapy.

  • What are the cancellation terms?

    I need 48 hours notice of a cancellation.

  • Do you follow any particular school of psychotherapy?

    I am fully trained in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, had training in Compassionate Mind therapy, and am an NLP Master Practitioner and Coach registered with the International Coaching Federation.

  • Are you covered by an ethical body?

    I am a member of the UK Association of Transactional Analysis (UKATA) and covered by their rules and ethics for practice.

  • Do you have clinical supervision?

    I see my clinical supervisor on a very frequent basis.
