Who I am…

I thought I'd tell you a little bit more about myself, what I do, what I've done, etc, so that you've got more of an idea about me. The first 15 years of my working life I spent in the armed forces. Then for the last 25 years I've been in the professional leadership and organisational development, training, consultancy and coaching world.

The key area that joins everything up for me is that people matter. I care about people. I think people are important. One of the ways that I care about people is them being able to live successful, happy lives. One of the key aspects of that is good mental health, and I’m very aware of its importance.

I've had my own mental health issues myself, which is something I think is important to own. Therefore, I can understand what it's like to be there, maybe not in the same way as for yourself or someone else, but I've had my own experiences.

Mental health is an important aspect of modern-day life. There are pressures, there are concerns.  Those things impact us and they can cause us to struggle. I want to support you, help you, and see how I can help you move through those challenges and on to having a happier, more contented, and more fulfilled life.

As I said, I operate face to face in Andover and online with video.

Please feel free to explore the rest of the site and I look forward to talking to you soon.
